Our Fortune 500 client is looking for an INFOR Cloud HCM Consultant to work on their project based out of Philadelphia, PA / Onsite. Job title: INFOR Cloud HCM Consultant Location: Philadelphia, PA / Onsite Duration: 12+ Months Job Description: The successful Respondent to this RFP will exhibit personnel with sufficient expertise, professional experience, and specific knowledge of, but not necessarily limited to, industry best practices in the following areas: INFOR Cloud Suite Security and Permissions: Provide the experience and expertise regarding the system security administration and permissions for the INFOR Cloud Suite and software modules. Assist CLIENT in the ongoing configuration of permission settings and security needs to harden the platform. Evident experience required with the following products and product features: o Infors Spreadsheet Designer (ISD) and App Studio o Personalizations and report creation through Infor Cloud Suites Application Administrator role o INFOR Interface creation o Infor BI for Financials and Supply Management (FSM) Also known as BI FSM INFOR FSM: Provide expertise and experience in the configuration, support and management of the INFOR FSM service platform. This includes resources for creating efficiency in business processes and automation of FSM for the Finance, and Procurement Departments. The consultant will provide support and business process improvement as needed based on task order requests. INFOR HCM and WFM Support: Experience and expertise in human capital management, Payroll, and workforce management modules of the INFOR platform. The consultant will provide support and business process improvement as needed based on task order requests. Application modernization using the INFOR Cloud Suite: Work with CLIENT in the migration of existing legacy applications to the INFOR Cloud Suite using the available software modules and platform to achieve the goal of modernizing Division and Departmental applications for sustainability. INFOR cloud Suite BIRST: Provide the expertise and development of ad hoc and canned reports using the BIRST software reporting tool. The consultant will provide the required expertise to mine the data from the INFOR Cloud Suite modules and develop reports required by CLIENT management. Application Interfaces CLIENT expects that the INFOR Cloud suite will interface with other CLIENT applications as needed. Expected understanding and expertise of the INFOR data set, types, and output capabilities including Infor Process Automation (IPA), SFTP, APIs, and general web services. Note that the above-listed disciplines are not necessarily all inclusive. CLIENT anticipates contracting for a full range of INFOR Cloud Suite services as needs arise. The successful Respondent will demonstrate the ability to address a variety of technical planning, application expertise, and implementation requirements for agencies similar to CLIENT in size, scope, and operational complexity, and the breadth of expertise to provide qualified supportive services as needs arise. The successful Respondent will identify in their proposal the complete breadth and depth of support services the Respondent is qualified to provide, highlighting the application of those qualifications for similar transportation organizations and agencies. It is recommended that Respondents provide recommendations from these agencies to support assertions of technical qualifications. Deliverables: Proposers will provide their experience and expertise with the INFOR Cloud Suite platform.
