| From: Sudhanshu Shekhar, Vyze [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role Title : Sr. Business Analyst (9+) Location: - Remote Duration: 6 months CTH Work Authorization : USC/GC Only Interview : skype Job Description: Key role/responsibilities: Provide leadership in coordinating activities (from specification through development to launch) for all relevant development streams. Write user stories for our engineering and test engineering teams to build features and products. Design and write specifications for new features and/or new releases according to business/client requirements. Act as a liaison with internal teams to ensure understanding of the design requirements. Perform fit/gap product analysis of current and future state. Establish collaborative relationships with Product Managers, Program Managers, User experience designers, Developers, and QA teams. Actively manage Stakeholders of all levels by leading discussions of project scope, timelines, and approach. Resolve conflicts with requirements between business units or between business and technology teams. Obtain signoffs and manage requirements change. Work closely with technical architects to ensure the proposed solutions are aligned with the business requirements. Provide feedback on requirements from a technical perspective and provide estimates for user stories and tasks. Provide input into technical design, at the story and/or module level. Collaborate with quality assurance engineers to fix defects. Collaborate with build and release engineers to prepare packages and solve environment issues. Investigate and find the root cause for software problems reported by clients. Maintain technical and business requirement documents. Assist in the management of releases which includes understanding the requirements for stories to be released and reviewing/approving deployment of the associated code via GitHub pull requests. Qualifications: Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in a related field required 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst in a similar industry System business analysis experience is required Ability to coordinate and assist large teams in resolving complex analytical and technical issues Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with internal and external contacts Excellent problem solver and independent thinker who can create innovative solutions Strong analysis/quantitative skills and the ability to translate analysis into actionable tasks Strong Excel skills Knowledge of AI/ML is a plus Willing to learn new technologies, capable of self-directed learning.
