| Title: Senior UI/UX Designer Location: USA- Remote No H1B $55/hr C2C Must have a LinkedIn Job Description: Role Overview: As a Senior UI/UX Designer you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product and ensuring that every user interaction is intuitive, visually appealing, and highly functional. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create seamless user experiences that drive customer satisfaction and business success. Key Responsibilities: User-Centered Design: Lead the design process with a focus on understanding user needs and behavior. Create user personas, conduct user research, and design with empathy to ensure our products meet the needs of our target audience. Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts, user flows, and interactions effectively. Visual Design: Create visually stunning, consistent, and on-brand user interfaces, incorporating principles of typography, color theory, and design best practices. Information Architecture: Organize and structure information in an intuitive manner, improving the overall usability of our products. Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and make data-driven design decisions. Iterate on designs based on user feedback. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between design and development, while also providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers. Accessibility: Ensure that our designs are accessible to all users, complying with WCAG guidelines and best practices. Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design, and apply this knowledge to your work. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (Master's preferred). Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices. Familiarity with front-end development principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
