(Web filtering, Data governance, Data security, Microsoft compliance, Forcepoint, Proof point, Purview) Strong experience with Email Security (exchange hybrid set ups with M365 that have duplicate capabilities & being able to understand the cross functionality of those features & identifying potential issues that may arise) Daily responsibilities: Daily stand ups meetings This resource will provide security guidance to M365 deployment 20% of day will be spent on communication with cross functional teams, 30% preforming technical interpretations in design documents, 50% in meetings The resource will also be updating dashboards on a daily basis Daily status update to the team is required. This resource will report directly to hiring manager (Luke, Cybersecurity Architecture Manager) Team consists of 5 (including Luke), this resource will be the 6 th on the team. Soft Skills: Responsible, mature, quick learner Blunt rather than fluff Veterans preferred (manager is a veteran himself) Patience is key Go with the flow attitude, meaning that they know when to push & when not to. Someone that is not lazy and knows when & how to work. Has solid focus & direction & does not need to be micromanaged NO knowit-alls It is a small team so ideal candidate should have a broad skill set & excellent knowledge of cybersecurity & M365 & will be able to pivot easily Interview process: There is an immediate need for this position. For the contract resource, can be as simple as one round with Luke, the hiring manager Background check to follow No equipment provided in first 60 days. Will rely on Citrix *** The hiring manager mentioned that he has a big need for cloud engineers in the future. Ideally this contract resource can be converted to FT & fulfill this need. Ideally finding a candidate that encompasses both skillsets would be great.
