Position: Sr. Systems Engineer, GC/ USC Only Location: Hybrid in Maryland Duration: 6+ Month MOI: Phone and Video The candidate must have 5-8 years of relevant experience, including managing complex enterprise virtual, server, and storage infrastructure. They should have experience with VMware, storage administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Certificate renewables. Additionally, they should be able to plan, design, deploy, and manage Microsoft server infrastructure and manage Red Hat Linux servers and automated patching systems. The company is open to experience level outweighing a degree, and familiarity with Azure and virtualization in the cloud is a plus. The candidate must be a US citizen and should pass the extensive background check process, which includes a credit report run since Tower is sponsored by the NSA. Additionally, the candidate must undergo drug testing, and marijuana without a medical card will not be allowed. The projects that are coming up include hardening DR/BCP posture, improving meantime resolution and data recovery, and migrating out of Colorado in Hagerstown to a DR as a service platform with private cloud. The interview process will consist of two rounds.
