They should have some Agile experience as well. Nice to have someone with some security experience too. Should be able to wear many different hats and not be set on one type of ideology/methodology. Will be in their Secure Commerce Space (hardware and Bank Process) Job Purpose: Act as liaison to bridge communication and understanding between the business and IT. Core Competencies : Business Acumen Ensure prioritization of the IT investment is relevant to the business Routinely partner across units to build an understanding of the technology landscape and solution set available Be able to articulate the IT roadmap for Banfield and Mars Stakeholder Management Proactively engage with business partners in order to educate and challenge capability roadmap and potential solutions Work with key leaders in other functions to align priorities Effectively communicate and escalate risks and opportunities within the product roadmap Responsibilities: Portfolio Management Manage roadmap and prioritization for product and ensure alignment with other products within enterprise ecosystem Partner with business stakeholders to receive, review and prioritize incoming features for your area of expertise Utilize design thinking to capture user feedback and client lifecycle insights to deliver continuous refinement of the product using agile methodologies Consult with functional managements and other stakeholders and overall value and business priority of new requests Delivery Oversight Partner with technical leads and lines managers to build and maintain prioritized and transparent backlogs of work within your scope Provide direction to agency/vendor partners to ensure completion of product work.
