Job Description The OnBase Developer will work with [CLIENT]'s teams to deliverintelligent automation solutions that create measurable operationalimprovements for our clients. They will facilitate design and development whilecollaborating with multiple groups across client organizations. The Developerwill be responsible for leading Content Management Services/Platformsengagement development tracks, partnering with project management to ensurethat quality measurement and best practices are adhered to duringimplementation. The Developer will be part of requirements gathering,technology selection, business process optimization, business case creation andlead the design and implementation of the solutions. Experience with 2-3leading AI, Workflow, BPM, or RPA technologies is essential for success in thisrole. Responsibilities include: - Work with Business Analysts and Project Managers to gather businessrequirements (process deep dives, data dictionary, reporting and visualization,etc.), understanding the business requirements and automation possibilities - Develop deep, value-based relationships with teammates, clients, prospects,and partners - Analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data, draw conclusions, anddevelop actionable recommendations - Understand the business requirements and convert them into tool-agnosticsolution designs and think outside the confines of a specific tool - Producing detailed technical design documents to match the solution designspecifications and advising a team on aspects around delivery - Balancing customization with supportability in client environments - Mentor junior team members and clients on best practices in the developmentand implementation of automation. - Full lifecycle development of automation technology Requirements: - Minimum education level: Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) - Minimum of 5 years related consulting work experience in businesstransformation and technology implementation - Minimum of 5 years experience with Hyland OnBase Software design,configuration, and support of workflow and case management solutions - Minimum of 3 years experience with leading Business Process/ContentManagement and Robotic Process Automation technologies - Strong analytical mindset and experience - Strong development skills (object-oriented programming) - Ability to manage internal and external resources - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Subject Matter Expertise in one of the following industries: Health Plan,Healthcare Providers, Insurance Job Types: Full-time, Contract Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Business consulting: 5 years (Required) Hyland OnBase Software Design: 5 years (Required) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: Fully Remote JanHaviSingh Technical Recruiter Desk: 4694980815 Email:[email protected] |
