Job Title: MuleSoft Developer With HealthCare Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Months Visa Type: NO H1 Job Description:- The Technical developer is responsible for leading development and on Strategic Application Integration initiatives across the enterprise. This position is responsible for the technical execution like design, development, testing, and deployment of IT solutions. In addition to that focus on the end to end delivery of portfolio / program and projects by managing the People, Process and Technology: People Work closely with partners (Business Integration, Information Integration, Data Governance, Quality Assurance, Production Operations, Infrastructure, Solution Architecture and Development Operations and ensure the end to end delivery. Build relationship within technology and business partners and manage a team of developers including contract workforce. Own the accountability and hold others accountable for delivering a total solution. Process - Leverage a process to provide a low cost high value solution by formulating and ensuring adherence to standard architecture, design, development and quality assurance methodology. Maintain a transparent communication channel and provide updates to management and leadership by publishing metrics on projects (velocity, burn rate, and capacity planning and demand management). Manage critical technical projects. Negotiate upstream / downstream SLA / OLA, document and execute them. Mature the support of new development initiatives, and work with Development Operations team in operationalizing them. Lead the build of solutions in compliance with the Business principles (Organizational Consensus, Data Integrity, Implementation Efficiency, User Friendliness and Operational Efficiency), Scalability and Compliance with IT standards. Technology - Evaluate tools, techniques used in project development and propose ongoing improvements which will ensure smooth delivery of the initiatives. Specific types of experience required: Looking for resources who has Healthcare Experience, prefer someone who has Enrollment and/or Billing Domain knowledge. Candidate must have a strong experience implementing Service Oriented Architecture patterns and design development and implementation background with emphasis on SOA, distributed and event-driven computing. 5+ years of experience with web services, ESB, SOA, distributed applications and interoperability understanding of web service protocols such as SOAP and REST Proven track record of leading a team of developers (Onshore and Nearshore) Proven track record of using design patterns and best practices to serve business needs in an efficient manner so as to increase IT bandwidth for new functionality Analysis and design skills of varied complexities Accountable for ensuring quality and reusability in a middleware services architecture Consulted for their experience and expertise on implementing Design Patterns and Best Practices in middleware services development Responsible for leading a team of developers, assigning work, resolving impediments and performing quality (code/design) reviews Experience coaching, mentoring and training technical and non-technical personnel Demonstrable background in agile development Must have at least 7 years of experience in the designing, deploying, monitoring, configuring and troubleshooting of enterprise solutions using Integration tool Mulesoft platform in a health care environment Extensive hands-on experience with message-oriented Middleware, Java, and other relevant technologies (i.e., XML, XPath, HTTP, JMS, IBM WebSphere MQ) Extensive experience with RDBMS (especially Oracle), SQL, PL/SQL Proficient with the following tools and skills: Data Query Tools (TOAD, PL/SQL Developer, etc) Must have at least 6 years of experience with enterprise application integration development with solid working knowledge of Windows and LINUX/UNIX Must have working experience with EDI X12 Highly desired EDI X12 transaction sets: Claims submission (837); Claims payment (835); Enrollment (834); Eligibility inquiry (270); Eligibility response (271); Claim status request (276); Claim status response (277); Service review (278); Group premium payment (820) Keywords: message queue information technology procedural language |
