Position: OTM & GTM Cloud Application Consultant Duration: Longterm contract Location: Houston, Texas Job Description: Understand OTM & GTM Cloud Application Need to work on OTM & GTM modules: Order Management, Shipment Management, Contract and Rate Management, Business Process Automation, Configuration and Administration, Financials, Master Data, Trade Compliance Management and Trade management Customizing screen sets, manager layouts, and Workbenches, assigning user preferences, and user favorites based on their respective roles Configuring Rate Service, Rate Offering, and Rate Record based on the specifications Experience in export/import of CSV, XML, JSPX, XSL (Style sheets) Project Migration Knowledge of log Analysis, creating Agents, saved queries, Action checks, and Custom Actions Creating and setting up GTM configuration like data version, content source, content type, Setting up Screening process on Customers and countries Experience in Account Policy, User Roles and Business Monitor Involved in the creation of Action Checks, Data queries, Batch Processes Need to Work on Incident Management across multiple shifts (morning, afternoon, evening) and weekends as per Monthly Roster Plan Create Incident SOP, Process SOP, Workflows, Documentations Understanding Integration with other modules like JDE, Middleware, EDQ, etc. Assist in Customer Requirements, Understand Supply Chain Business, prepare test data, perform internal testing and user acceptance testing, and support and related documentations. Coordinate with Business users and internal team members. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
