We have an immediate opening for the below position with one of our premium clients Job Title : Hyland OnBase Developer Location : Remote (Must be flexible with 10 15% travel) Duration : Long Term Skills : Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. 4+ years of Financial Services industry experience in a business operations area. 4+ years of banking or financial operations industry experience. 4+ year of prior Professional Services Business Consulting experience. Proficient in OnBase Workflow and WorkView development with an ability to create solutions to meet complex client needs. Previous experience with Nautilus Efficiency Manager Workflow/WorkView templates is preferred. Familiarity with budgeting, profitability or forecasting processes within a financial institution, bank or credit union is preferred (previous FP&A experience). Demonstrated ability to lead projects as a Consultant and perform complex analysis of business goals, objectives and requirements. From there, ensuring they can take the business requirements and successfully configure the Clients Nautilus solution effectively. Demonstrated ability to work with clients to analyze and understand current business processes and recommend process improvements. Proven capability to collaborate with client as well as internal teams to define software deployment and configuration strategy that aligns with the bank Demonstrated expertise and capability to prepare comprehensive training materials and facilitate onsite or remote training sessions to clients project team and end users. Proficiency with Microsoft tools/products: Outlook, Word, Excel, SQL, PowerPoint, Visio, OneNote, Project, SharePoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to travel an average of 10-15% (up to maximum of 25% during peak times).
