This position is responsible for the technical execution like design, development, testing, and deployment of IT solutions. In addition to that focus on the end to end delivery of portfolio / program and projects by managing the People, Process and Technology: People Work closely with partners (Business Integration, Information Integration, Data Governance, Quality Assurance, Production Operations, Infrastructure, Solution Architecture and Development Operations and ensure the end to end delivery. Build relationship within technology and business partners and manage a team of developers including contract workforce. Own the accountability and hold others accountable for delivering a total solution. Process - Leverage a process to provide a low cost high value solution by formulating and ensuring adherence to standard architecture, design, development and quality assurance methodology. Maintain a transparent communication channel and provide updates to management and leadership by publishing metrics on projects (velocity, burn rate, and capacity planning and demand management). Manage critical technical projects. Negotiate upstream / downstream SLA / OLA, document and execute them. Mature the support of new development initiatives, and work with Development Operations team in operationalizing them. Lead the build of solutions in compliance with the Business principles (Organizational Consensus, Data Integrity, Implementation Efficiency, User Friendliness and Operational Efficiency), Scalability and Compliance with IT standards. Technology - Evaluate tools, techniques used in project development and propose ongoing improvements which will ensure smooth delivery of the initiatives. Specific types of experience required: Looking for resources who has Healthcare Experience, prefer someone who has Enrollment and/or Billing Domain knowledge.
