Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Integration Lead to join our team at TCS, either in Hartford or in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with AWS data services, strong proficiency in PySpark and Python, and a solid understanding of ETL design and implementation. Additionally, the candidate should be well-versed in data modeling for analytical and reporting layers in BI and Big Data environments. The role will involve guiding the testing team on ETL strategy, designing databases for RDS, and writing complex SQL queries for data integration. The ability to work within an Agile methodology and excellent communication skills are essential for this position. (Contract) Location: Hartford or Remote Role: - Data Integration Lead Client is TCS Key Skills/Knowledge: Hands on in AWS Data services like RDS, Lambda, AWS Glue ETL for calling APIs and extracting data into S3 and RDS and further visualizing with QuickSight Working knowledge, awareness of security and best practices for IAM,S3, IAM., Lambda ,AWS Glue,VPC, Secret Manager, Cloud Formation, Terraform ,QuickSight Ability to guide testing team on ETL Strategy Strong PySpark and Python Skills ETL design skills Implementation experience on CICD for Glue Implementation experience on CICD for Lambda Proficient in database/ model design for RDS Experience in normalizing complex JSON Schema and loading into database. Good understanding of data modelling (With and without tools) including design of entity relationships, data flows and conceptual and logical data models, data dictionaries. Strong knowledge in writing page long complex SQL queries to join 40+ to create denormalized layer for reporting. Strong data modelling experience for Analytical and Reporting Layer for BI and Big data environments Proficient in query tuning, denormalization and preparation of Analytical Layer for reporting Should be well versed working in Agile methodology.
