Offer is contingent upon passing DOC's Fingerprint background check. ABOUT THE ROLE Excellent organization and planning skills, corrections experience, and an understanding of the utilization of technology in the business processes for the Electronic Health Records program. Identify and quantify IT risk factors, for EHR application security and related infrastructure. Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Permission, PC refresh and software installations, inventory and software management utilizing Asset Panda, manage user accounts, receive and transfer inventory to maintain accurate records. The ability to communicate effectively both in oral and written forms is essential. Working knowledge and experience with Keystone Edge, Microsoft OS, MS Office, DocuSign, Panda, VITA Remote tools, DEXIS, Adobe, Teams/SharePoint, VPN access, and inventory operations.
