Troubleshoots complex problems and provides customer support for software systems and application issues. Maintain and improve various build tools and processes. Work with developers to execute software releases, configuration updates, and other release requirements. Maintain the health and status of the build pipeline. Collaborating with internal teams for efficient iterations of automated CI/CD pipelines with the goal of maintaining service owner feature velocity, solving, and reproducing issues reported in Production environments. Create and maintain detailed documentation. Researching and finding the right tools for the job, and if they don't exist creating them. Work closely with development teams to onboard applications in CI/CD pipeline Must possess excellent automation skills and the ability to drive initiatives to automate processes. Good understanding and working knowledge of JEE/Spring/.Net based applications. Must possess excellent knowledge of infrastructure automation tools (Ansible, Chef) Qualifications: Over all 6 plus years of IT experience in writing Infrastructure Automation script using Python, Bash, Shell. Should have hands on experience in building and deploying automation scripts in CI/CD pipeline. Must have strong expertise in operating Linux/Unix environments and scripting (Shell, Python, Groovy) Experience with version control (GIT, Bit Bucket & TFS) and integrating CI/CD pipeline with Service Now Expertise in programming automation script using Python, Bash, Groovy Experience with infrastructure as code (Ansible) Experience delivering solutions on the AWS platform.
