Work with application support teams on remediation of batch failures, understanding tight SLAs are in play. Using appropriate monitoring tools, ensure any delays to batch are dealt with through proper escalations. Responsibilities: Mainframe Online Systems Maintenance and Support Analysis. Follow and implement Data Center Best Practices. Incident, Change and Problem Managing for Mainframe Systems. Provide vendor oversight by escorting vendors into the Data Center for break/fix events and scheduled changes.
