| Position: 1 Position Title: Project Manager / Scrum Master Location: Plano, TX (Onsite) Roles & Responsibilities: This candidate will provide Project Management (PM) and Scrum Master (SM) support for the Group. The Group consists of 5 different areas focused on range of Multimedia Quality related activities like - Head Unit Testing (HUT) with Focus on Interoperability testing between HU and Phone OS. EVAL with focus on being final Quality gate for releases related to Head Unit SW, Server, T&L and Apps, Defect Management & Support, Release Management and Automation Testing. CT Automation Tool - Product Team responsible for building and maintaining Automation Tool (CTA); Analytics Team - Responsible for conducting in-depth Customer data analytics provided via multitude of third-party apps, IQS and PQS and collaborating with Product teams to identify PPH trends. Lab & Equipment Team responsible for fulfilling all Hardware/ Software/ Equipment/ Vehicles (Retrofits/Stage/Prod) requirements across CT for Testing. All of these teams provide a broad range of technical support for the tools and environments used to do the end-to-end testing of every release. This position requires a good mix of PM skills to support all project teams deliverables for every team as well as SM skills to be able to help these teams organize and prioritize their work for each sprint where applicable in line with value delivery committed to Senior Mgmt and Overall client as an organization. A good mix of Analytical, Soft and Hard skills is a must to have. REF To tools - (latest Analytics Tools; Power BI; RPA; MS Office; Atlassian; In-depth knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle; Adobe Experience Experience & Qualification: Experienced in Agile, Waterfall and hybrid models of project management methodologies. Can move the needle forward by gaining consensus, speak to outside vendors/contract discussions, and is polished presenter to divisions/regions outside of Client. A proactive, motivated individual who can self-manage and execute once given strategic direction. Experience conducting market research and validating customer needs. An entrepreneurial mindset, not afraid to ask questions, make decisions, or take on new assignments. Position: 2 Position Title: Project Manager (Automotive) Location: Plano, TX Note: (RAID should be mentioned in the resume) risks, actions, issues, and decisions. Automotive domain experience is mandatory. Support development of current and new business ideas focused on our electrified portfolio of vehicles and services; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate opportunities and prioritize based on enterprise or customer value. Support development of business cases to find revenue driving products surrounding our grid integration partnerships. Leveraging vehicle capabilities and current customer landscapes to bring products to market. Understand & support visualizations for vehicle dependencies from a planning perspective from a technical platform side as well as from a business strategist perspective. Track due diligence checklists and project management of integrations. Support creation of operational plans to launch products on time and within budget. Review and maintain current information on competitive companies' products, and industry trends, and conduct customer research assisting in the creation of strategic planning documents. Support business delivery of assigned projects on program backlog. Determine key data sets and information needed to scope projects to deliver the desired customer experience. Basic Expectations: Experienced in Agile, Waterfall and hybrid models of project management methodologies. Coordinate RAID log data collection for client projects, in PMO workbooks Ongoing maintenance of PMO templates, workbooks, confluence pages, JIRA projects and dashboards for data accuracy and relevancy. Design and develop Master Launch Calendar visualizations. Ongoing maintenance of Master Launch calendar for data accuracy & relevancy. Facilitate onshore meetings for collection and maintenance of PMO collateral. Support design, development and maintenance of client Change control processes, tools & templates.
