| Role : Open Air Analyst Remote Type : Contract Duration : Long Term NO h1b Roles and responsibilities Build out project governance reports in Open Air to drive proactive revenue monitoring and support revenue recognition and reconciliation tasks. Assist in the development of meaningful metrics that measure the effectiveness of project delivery and identify and implement quantifiable improvements that increase productivity. Own core objectives such as on time weekly governance reporting, task automation efficiency to support the acceleration of TTV, accurate project financials, and low error rate from project setup audits. Utilize advanced OpenAir experience to add new users, update permissions and saved report searches, create custom reports, dashboards, and workflows. Support ongoing OpenAir changes required by the organization by gathering requirements, testing proposed changes, enabling the team, and executing the changes in OpenAir. Partner with Finance stakeholders to analyze, understand and improve business operations that increase employee productivity and end-user effectiveness. Follow up on any OpenAir revenue discrepancies with the finance team that impact revenue recognition as well as lead any OpenAir data clean up initiatives. Data integrations, configuration, mass data migration efforts & ensure data is accurately captured from NetSuite. Publish dashboards as it relates to Professional Services revenue, utilization, CSAT, project backlog, project pipeline, project risk and ongoing project governance needs. Design and conduct regular audits to maintain OpenAir data integrity and security. Own OpenAir enablement tasks by creating and maintaining an OpenAir user playbook that includes a project flow chart (from SFDC to Netsuite to OpenAir) and deliver respective departmental training. Standardize a sustainable OpenAir deployment model that streamlines the integration of acquisitions to support Advantives organic and inorganic business and technology growth. Assist with project support functions within OpenAir such as Project creation, Task allocation, Budget allocation & adjustments, User profile activation and Deactivation, forecast corrections, project closure tasks, Timesheet rejections, and task creations. Create and publish Weekly dashboards to leaders and key stakeholders. Monitor timesheets and provide periodic reports to the organization highlighting Submitted, Approved and Pending timesheet information as well as nonbillable, nonproductive time entered and any projects nearing budget depletion. Mandatory Skills 4+ years advanced experience using SFDC, Open Air, and NetSuite ERP financial tools. 4+ years advanced experience using excel, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced charting, VBA and Macros, and formatting data tables. 4+ years as an operations analyst, BA or similar role supporting finance or a professional service organization. Ability to develop and govern the development of both short and long-term plans and proposals to support business objectives in a fast-paced environment. Ability to multi-task across various time zones to ensure that there is appropriate operations coverage to support project set up needs. Strong business acumen. Understands key financial drivers and dynamics related to growth and financial goals. Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and assignments. Excellent interpersonal skills and works well in a collaborative cross-functional environment. Bachelor s degree in information technology/MIS, business, mathematics, computer science or related field.
