Location: Dallas, TX - Onsite Duration: Long Term L2/L3 Production Support Production incident troubleshooting Debugging of application code and providing temporary/permanent fix to the issue Strong database query skills to patch/fix data Well equipped with skills like SQL Unix and Shell Scripting Must have Java background and should be comfortable to code and test small fixes. Experience as L2 support engineer, ITIL Process experience with Service Management Knowledge of Incident Management and other similar technologies Highly Skilled in Debugging, Troubleshooting and Monitoring application health.
