Please review our job opening below and kindly send us the updated resume ASAP along with the details of consultants; Please add [email protected] in your distribution list Job Title: AVD(Azure Virtual Desktop) Architect Locations: Houston,TX (onsite) Type: Contract To Hire(C2H/CTH) JD: Key Responsibilities: AVD Solution Design: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to architect AVD solutions tailored to specific business requirements. Design and document AVD infrastructure and configurations. Powershell Scripting: Develop and maintain Powershell scripts to automate AVD deployment, provisioning, and management tasks, ensuring efficiency and consistency. Citrix Integration: Integrate Citrix components with AVD to enhance the virtual desktop environment. Configure and manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (formerly XenApp and XenDesktop). Infrastructure Management: Deploy, configure, and maintain AVD infrastructure components, including virtual machines, network settings, and security policies. Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of AVD environments. Stay up-to-date with compliance requirements and implement necessary controls. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for AVD and Citrix-related issues. Identify and resolve performance and connectivity problems. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of AVD and Citrix configurations, procedures, and best practices. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, system administrators, and security experts, to deliver integrated solutions. Client Communication: Interact directly with clients to gather requirements, explain technical solutions, and provide guidance on AVD and Citrix best practices. Stay Current: Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and updates in the Azure and Citrix ecosystems to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as an AVD Architect with a strong focus on Powershell scripting and Citrix integration. Microsoft Azure and Citrix certifications are a plus. Deep understanding of Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, and related technologies. Proficiency in scripting and automation using Powershell. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently as needed.
