Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is a strong plus. Proven experience as a Business System Analyst with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Strong understanding of marketing automation, email marketing, and CRM systems. Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration, data extensions, automation studio, and journey builder. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
