HRMS Consultant Needs to be onsite at client site in Scottsdale, AZ Job Location/Client Location (with City & State) Scottsdale, AZ Remote ok(Y/N) No. Needs to be onsite at client site in Scottsdale, AZ Project Duration 3 months plus potential for extension Project Start date ASAP Buy Rate $100 or 105/hr Job Title/Role HRMS Consultant Mandatory Skills HR Business Process mapping, BA for HRMS implementation, Knowledge with Client Interview Needed for Selection (yes / No) No Detailed JD (Pl share the Detailed Description, 1 liner JD will not work) Responsibilities: Lead senior business stakeholders through HRSD transformation activities, beginning with discovery through the delivery of business value designed at streamlining business processes to achieve optimal performance. Advise customers on HR Organization design and service delivery models, SaaS solutions, customer service and case management systems, usage of AI-powered platforms, leveraging workforce and support analytics, employee relations, and related toolsets. Establish user journeys and creation of user stories to support the design and configuration of the Employee Service Portal, Knowledge Management, and Case Management capabilities. Designing, building, testing, and deploying components required for successful Oracle solutions, especially in the following modules: payroll, benefits, compensation, Core HR, recruiting and onboarding, time and labor, absence management, and talent management. Develop roadmaps for HR service delivery, expanding capabilities and adoption. Assist with tasks such as: system strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, prototype demonstration, functional configuration, testing, and client user training as it relates to Oracle Time & Labor Required Skills: 10 years of consulting or industry experience delivering HCM solutions (preferably Oracle Cloud HCM) An understanding of HR processes, delivery models, and organizational structures A background in HR/HRIS, and familiarity with common HRIS systems, such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, SAP/SuccessFactors Experience with agile methodologies Ability to working successfully across both business and technical stakeholders to drive design and decisions on requirements. Experience leading solution and design across case management, knowledge management, portals, document management, and reporting Experience contributing to the development of delivery tools and resources, thought leadership, and client offerings through personal experience and perspective. Ability to provide hands-on leadership and project management to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate.
