Please let me know and Please Share your updated resume at [email protected] Role : Senior APM Engineer Location : Charlotte, NC Contract : Long Term Job description: Mandatory Required Skills: AWS, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk Preferred /Desired Skills: JIRA, SQL, Python Skills required: Experience in installation, configuring and management of APM tools like Dynatrace (OneAgent & AppMon), AppDynamics and Newrelic and DataDog. Hands on Experience in administrating various tools like New Relic, AppDynamics, Dynatrace and Splunk. Create tags, management zones, alerting profiles and integrated Dynatrace with service now and JIRA. Has experience with ITSM and ITIL practices such as Change Management, Incident Management and problem and event management. Strong in Real User Experience monitoring such as finding health of visits and user actions. Expert at Setting up Custom Dashboards, health policies and alerts based on application team's requirement. Using Dynatrace we have created tags, management zones, Alerting profiles. Experience on instrumenting different cloud-based land scape technologies such as AWS/Azure and PCF Strong in identifying bottleneck issues using APM tools Like Dynatrace Managed/SAAS and AppDynamics. Evaluate AppDynamics Patches and Fixes as needed for potential implementation. Work with architecture, business, and delivery teams to determine strategic direction for APM platform Worked on administrating log monitoring tools like Splunk, ELK also. Very strong knowledge understanding the Application Architecture and ecosystems. Created Custom Alert, Request Attributes and Custom service deductions. Strong in creating Analytics and Reporting using monitoring tools. Good problem-solving skills, Strong leadership and management skills Result oriented and proven ability in organizing priorities Ability to work independently as well as a team member.
