JOB DESCRIPTION: JOB TITLE= QA Analyst/Testers Location: FULLY REMOTE(VERY occasional travel) WORK VISA= USC and GC ONLY Client: State of TN Duration: 18 months Send me best candidate Looking for good automated QA Analyst candidate. 18 months to start (Almost certainly extended after that) 100% remote (VERY occasional travel a couple times/year) Reporting to someone we placed, so really please send your great people that you stand behind Personality is key This position will work with the development teams to test software that is being developed to ensure that the product is of a high quality that our users have come to expect. Specific Job Duties include: Functional testing of software being developed by the agency. Regression testing of software being developed by the agency. Automated unit test creation for software being developed by the agency. Mentoring and guiding junior QA team members in the best practice of QA Activities. Identify exit criteria for each software application being modified. Define applicable test criteria for applications being developed. Postman and JIRA experience also required. Ensure that all applications are thoroughly tested and meet minimum standards in areas such as: number and severity of known issues, code coverage, automated regression testing, and stress testing. Play an active role in determining root cause analysis for any issues that were missed during the QA process, in order to ensure remediation plans are put in place.
