It offers different types of health care coverage plans that include individual and family, dental and vision, plans for employers, etc. Title: IT Delivery Lead I Work Location: Detroit, MI Duration: 10 Months Job Type: Contract Work Type: Hybrid Pay Rate: $45-$45/hr. Dept: SF, CRM & Service Integ Engagement Description: We are planning to migrate the Group Portal from its current Websphere Platform to the same technology planned for the Agent Portal upgrade (which is planned for 2023). This will not include experiential upgrades, but will focus on a technology change. The second component of the upgrade incorporates changes in the Group Identity and Access (IAM) system. Specifically, it calls for the replacement of IBMs ISAM and ISIM security components. They will be replaced using the same technical pattern that will be put in place on the Agent Portal in 2023. Capabilities include Registration, Single Sign On, and Delegated Administration. Top 3 Required Skills/Experience 5 years of experience in the Information Technology field Team player Good communicator Required Skills/Experience Five (5) years of Information Technology experience required. Two (2) years project management and experience leading projects required. Project management tool and methodology working knowledge required. Plan, develop and implement project efforts that utilize information technology solutions. Develop, establish and maintain project management standards and procedures. Develop the project scope, defining project guidelines, obtaining business and information technology sponsor approvals and coordinating the resources necessary to successfully complete the project. Preferred Skills/Experience Proven ability to interface with customer for requirements clarification. Candidate needs the following: Strong inter- and intra-personal skills.
