Optimize the migration process with a focus on reducing efforts and costs. Continuity of business operations with minimum or no impact during the migration process. Determine the steps towards cloud transformation. Deliverables Assessment of Current PTS Application The vendor will assess the current CRM solution how it is utilized and the amount and complexity of existing configurations, customizations, integrations, and business process. Analyze Dynamics CRM 365 Online Environment & make it ready for on-premise Dynamics CRM Solution Migration. Analyze master data migration. Analyze possible storage options for archived data as well as process of archiving data. Identify incompatible components (JavaScript, Plugins, Web Resource, UI etc.) from Online Environment. Identify non-supported plugins (Plugin Executing in Fully Trusted Mode/None isolation mode in on-premise environment). Identify all integration points & redirect them to Dynamics 365 Online environment. Analysis and Requirements The vendor will identify and analyze the custom components, system configurations and processes that need to be built and prepare a plan for the identified development tasks. DYCD Connect on Dynamics 365 Prepare/ Export Dynamics Solution from on-premise environment & import to Dynamics 365 Online environment. Review the existing components and plan for required component changes. Define requirements for customization for the new DYCD Connect application. Build The vendor will build the DYCD Connect application on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online platform. Validate client and server-side code, update to use the latest API's. Development of plugins, actions & JavaScript components for Dynamics 365 Online solution. Create business processes and workflows that are compatible with Dynamics 365 Online. Develop synchronous and asynchronous jobs as required. Development of new custom UI components for Dynamics 365 Online. Create new system functions that are compatible with Dynamics 365 Online. Develop and validate system site map. Build Integration components with updated application program interface. Build and validate security model in Dynamics 365 Online. Perform design updates based on opportunities of new version and potential additional integrations. Testing and User Review The vendor will complete a final end-to-end testing and along with the DYCD's user acceptance testing. Create test plans, test cases/scripts and scenarios. Deploy changes in staging environment. Complete Quality assurance test and end-to-end testing with the results captured in a test report. Facilitate User acceptance test and obtain final sign-off for production deployment. Extraction The vendor will execute the master data migration process by building the data model in Dynamics 365 Online solution. Build the data model and map objects from legacy to the new platform. Build processes and entities in the Dynamics 365 platform based on the functional requirements. Extract data as a continuous process across tracks. Map data to the target data model. Deployment The vendor will deploy final solution to production environment. DYCD Connect on Dynamics 365 Develop Production deployment checklist. Perform Production deployment. Reporting The vendor will ensure transition and migration of existing reports as well as design and develop Stakeholders and the State of New York detailed reports along with a comparison of the final enrolments, final outcomes, demographics, referrals, and linkages.
