Experience in creating Custom data Objects in C4C is a must. Configuration of C4C using KUT fields. Experience in creation of extension fields. Able to establish extension field links between new business objects and existing business objects. C4C integration experience with non-SAP systems is a must. Creating custom data sources for reporting. Experience creating and exposing RESTful APIs Hands-on-experience in integrating service cloud applications to other systems using web service interfaces.
