As a Technical Product Manager, you will not only possess a strong technical background but also excel in stakeholder communication, coding, and product strategy. Key Responsibilities: Platform Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the service-oriented platform, its architecture, and capabilities. Understands ServiceNow Platform really well Technical Proficiency: Write code on the platform to contribute to its development and improvement. Build indicators based on business conversations Collaborate closely with the development team in India on coding projects. Stakeholder Communication: Engage in meaningful conversations with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, understand their needs, and align product development accordingly. Product Strategy: Drive the product journey for IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Security Operations (SecOps). Explore opportunities to enhance the product's technology and features. Stateholder Engagement: Leverage exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at CXO levels. Ability to communicate with stakeholders and have the vision to lead product discussions. Hands-on Approach: Be ready to roll up your sleeves and actively work on the product, providing technical guidance and expertise. Collaboration: Collaborate with development teams in India to ensure the successful execution of projects. Engage with the VP, to drive strategic conversations and initiatives. Product Environment Awareness: Stay informed about the Gen AI environment, OpenAI, prompt engineering, and virtual agent technologies. Qualifications: Extensive experience in technical product management. Strong coding skills and familiarity with software development processes. Proven ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Excellent communication skills, including the capability to lead product discussions. Familiarity with IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, and Security Operations is a plus.
