Project Management: Lead Workday implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. 2. Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for all project-related concerns. Engage with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. 3. Configuration & Customization: Oversee the configuration and customization of the Workday platform according to the organization's needs. This might include setting up Workday modules such as HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Financials, etc. 4. Training & Documentation: Ensure that the end-users are adequately trained. Develop and maintain user guides and documentation for the Workday system. 5. Change Management: Facilitate smooth transitions when rolling out new features or updates. This includes communicating changes to the user community and gathering feedback for continuous improvement. 6. Testing: Coordinate and oversee testing efforts, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing. 7. Integration: Work with IT teams to ensure smooth integration of Workday with other systems in the organization. 8. Compliance: Ensure that all Workday configurations and processes are compliant with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field. 2. Workday certification or equivalent experience. 3. Proven experience in project management, preferably in HRIS or ERP implementations. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. 6. Familiarity with Workday integration tools and technologies.
