Job Title: Technical Project Lead Location: Princeton, NJ- Hybrid (Local or nearby only) Duration: 12+ Months Visa: USC & GC Only Find someone as a lead with experience implementing Oracle Identity Access Management (IAM) Notes/Special Requirements: The successful execution of the "Oracle Identity & Access Management Re-Platform" IGC project necessitates the presence of an onsite Technical Project Coordinator (TPC) who will collaborate closely with our CIAM and IAG vendors on-site. This coordination extends to seamlessly liaising with the existing application app owners and the IDaaS team for crucial design consultations and the intricate migration process. To fulfill this role effectively, the selected resource must possess a deep and comprehensive understanding of CIAM (Customer Identity Access Management), with a particular focus on user flows and workflows relevant to Single Sign-On (SSO). Moreover, the resource should be highly proficient in the nuances of the IAG (Identity Access Governance) platform. This expertise is essential for translating ETS business workflows into a seamless integration with the platform. In summary, the chosen TPC is expected to bring not only technical proficiency but also a keen awareness of the intricacies of our specific project, ensuring a successful and efficient re-platforming effort Job Requirements: Implement IT strategy consistent with individual business unit goals and IT team direction. Participate in the creation of technical project teams. Provide learning and development opportunities by sharing Subject Matter Expertise. Anticipate, assess, and mitigate issues, coordinating across teams as a single point of contact as necessary and escalate when necessary. Define, organize, guide, coordinate, monitor and execute the work effort to deliver new products, services and methods to business customers within defined constraints for time, cost, quality/scope Accurately forecast time, resource needs and work estimate for required work. Effectively collaborate across IT teams and Domains to mitigate risks and solve problems in order to meet business commitments. Regularly update leadership on progress and status of assigned projects and ensure production goals are successfully met. Oversee and manage the assignment and completion of staff projects, task, and duties. Apply project management skills to perform ongoing review of program status; identify risks along with mitigation plans. Document program progress including implementation, timelines, issues, risks, and successes to maintain program course. Be able to communicate effectively to a wide range of people (including presentations/meetings), including effective and timely escalation when necessary Monitor customer satisfaction and project fulfillment while maintaining budget. Close the project, evaluate project success, document lessons learned and release project resources. Experienced in the full range of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies for all phases and processes and instructed and consulted with both project team members and the client in their use. Experienced in project management, planning and control aspects of the methodology.
