Hi Contract Role: Cisco UCCE Location: Salt Lake City, UT(Onsite) Rate 65 JD: Must have: Verint & ConvergeOne platform Strong knowledge in Telecom Advanced Features like UCCE Perform backups and restoresExperience in Setting up High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for Contact Center Implement operational automation using scripts. Work on Cisco Server tools, Verint & ConvergeOne platform Work on issues related to performance tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring, and troubleshooting tools Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Must be able to work in 24x7 production support environment Participate in an on-call rotation for support of systems outside of normal business hours including week-endsCompetencies & Skill SetHands on Experience and SME knowledge in Cisco voice network, Verint Maintenance operations, VOIP support Sound knowledge of technology landscape in Distributed technologies, Cloud based technologies, Monitoring mechanisms & platforms etc. Strong client interfacing skills and stakeholder management Good understanding of Operation Management Ability to work with global delivery teamsExperienceCandidate must be located within commuting distance of Jacksonville or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require occasional travel in the US. Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
