Job Title : Master Data Management Lead Employment Type : Contract, C2C, Full time / Direct Hire, 1099 Location : Chicago, IL, US Job Description Mandatory Skills: 12+ years of experience working in Oil & Gas/ Chemical/ Petrochemical plants Experience with Maintenance, Reliability, and Integrity Engineering Experience in Master Data Programs implementation Master data management (MDM) and Master data governance (MDG) Knowledge and experience working with standards (API/ASME/ANSI/ASTM/ISO 55000 & 14224/NACE/TEMA ) etc. Knowledge and experience working with Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and ERP systems Good analytical skills in data interpretation and analysis Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams with Fluency in the English language Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Self-motivated, eager to learn, and curious Responsibilities Develop and assign risk-based reliability strategies for installed equipment, utilizing Equipment Strategies. The strategies are based on the standard Central process with a standard set of tools to develop the strategy and will require leadership for the development of Job Plans, Planned Maintenance Routines, and Maintenance Procedures Incorporate reliability and maintenance input into trade-off decisions for equipment selection and specification including equipment criticality reviews, condition-based monitoring requirements, plant sparing, levels of redundancy, TAR Strategy, standardization, and major component selection based on life cycle costing Ensuring integrity effectiveness and management which includes consequences/ complexity rating of fixed equipment, development of fit purpose risk-based strategies, setting optimum task intervals including local regulations/statutory requirements, timely review of inspection findings, and evergreening of strategies Defining Master data management (MDM) Scopes and implementing Master Data Programs, Setting up Maintenance Build Processes, and Implementation experience.
