They will do BI/ETL testing- 30-40% of their day. someone now who has 1 year of BI/ETL experience. They need to do functional testing. They will be doing hands on execution. Candidates are also falling short on basic SQL questions. They need to do data transformations and back end stuff with SQL. Their SQL skills must be at least intermediate. They use informatics and Tableau now for reporting. This would be preferred to see. Required : 5+ years QA experience Strong English written and verbal communication skills Strong grasp of QA processes Proactive problem solver Extensive experience with creating SQL queries (Selects, Joins, subqueries) Strong grasp on Agile QA process Self-Directed Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills Highly detail oriented and well organized Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Keywords: quality analyst business intelligence |
