Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Mobile Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow Mobile Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications on the ServiceNow platform. Mobile App Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop native and web-based mobile applications on the ServiceNow platform. 2. Customization and Configuration: Configure and customize ServiceNow mobile apps to align with business requirements and enhance user productivity. 3. Integration: Integrate mobile apps with ServiceNow modules and external systems as needed to support business processes. 4. Scripting and Development: Write, test, and maintain scripts (JavaScript, Glide, etc.) to implement app functionality and business logic. 5. Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations for mobile app development. 6. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of ServiceNow mobile apps to deliver a responsive and efficient user experience. 7. User Support: Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow mobile apps, collaborating with Service Desk teams for issue resolution. 8. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for mobile app configurations, customizations, and best practices. 9. Stay Updated: Stay informed about the latest ServiceNow mobile app development trends and incorporate relevant technologies into our solutions. Qualifications: To be successful in this role you have: Proven experience in mobile app development, with a focus on ServiceNow mobile app development. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is a plus. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and relevant mobile app development technologies (e.g., React Native, Swift, Kotlin). Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, mobile app architecture, and development best practices. Experience with ServiceNow scripting, REST APIs, and integration methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines. A passion for staying updated on emerging trends and technologies in mobile app development and the ServiceNow platform.
