Please forward your updated resume to [email protected] JOB DESCRIPTION:- ROLE:- Curam Developer Durham, NC(Hybrid) Note: NC FAST requires the services of Curam Developers with experience to work on new features, major enhancements and maintenance for the Child Welfare Services using Cram Business Application Suite as well as any augmentation tools and related efforts. Description: The NC Department of Health and Human Services seeks a Senior Curam Application Development contract resource to provide technical leadership to all stages of software development, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. This role will provide technical leadership and serve as the senior resource for the development team and work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system rollouts and enhancements for the Child Welfare Services program by identifying and assessing complex business need that require in-depth evaluation to create solutions for implementation by the team. Duties include but are not limited to leading requirement gathering, Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, fit gap analysis sessions, functional and detailed design, code development, and life cycle management of Child Welfare services program features. Areas of focus will include business and workflow process modeling, and business reengineering using Cram. These activities will involve the use of COTS Cram Enterprise Framework Components, Cram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2), Cram Express Rules for Triage (CERT), use of XML technology in Cram, Cram Evidence Framework, Oracle, Subversion/Bitbucket, and WebSphere. Responsibilities also include implementing Agile software development and testing approaches for entire Service Delivery Lifecycle and deployment to ensure code base is efficient, maintainable, and adhering to DHHS/NC FAST policies and procedures. This resource will have significant delivery responsibilities and will act as the point of contact on site for development-related questions and issues that arise. This resource will work closely with Product owners on design and development of new features and application enhancement and act in the role of senior technical Curam developer. Skill Set: Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Curam V6 (or higher) Certified Developer Required Social Enterprise Management experience. Required 6 Experience developing with Cram Intake, Assessment, and/or Outcome Planning case types. Required 2 Experience as a Curam Developer with experience in the full life cycle of requirements through functional design and testing. Required 6 Experience in development with both the Curam Enterprise Framework and Curam Solution Modules. Required 6 Experience in problem identification and integration of technical skills to address and solve issues. Required 6 Experience with translating and communicating highly technical concepts to both technical personnel and non-IT business users. Required 6 Experience with creating and writing technical documents using MS Office products, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and JIRA. Required 6 Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow complex and/or detailed technical procedures. Required Experience using Curam Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2), and Curam Express Rules for Triage (CERT), Modeling, Customization, Dynamic UIMs, VIMs Required 6 Excellent knowledge of using Curam for Eligibility determination, Dynamic Evidences, Curam Decision Assist and Batch framework Required 6 Technical hands on knowledge in specialized areas of web application system analysis and programming: Java, JEE, with JavaScript, XML and XSL Required 6 Technical hands on knowledge and experience in HTML, Cascading Style Sheets, and Web Services standards (SOAP and REST). Required 6 Experience with Oracle database platforms and tools. Required 6 Experience working with Eclipse and IBM Websphere Required 6 Ability to develop relationship/partnership with customer(s) by understanding business need and value and responding to needs in timely manner. Required Agile (Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe) development experience. Required 6 Experience in developing User Interface using React.js. Highly desired 2 Experience using Salesforce or any other LC/NC solution Highly desired 2 Experience with Cloud SaaS and PaaS. Highly desired 2 Knowledgeable in DevOps practices and Shift Left testing Highly desired 2 Experience developing with Child Services or Cram Family Service Suite (CFSS) components. Highly desired 2 Experience developing with Cram Provider Management (CPM) component, especially including Provider Licensure processes and Provider Placement cases. Highly desired 2 Experience with Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children (ICPC) processes via National Electronic Interstate Compact Enterprise (NEICE).
