Job Description 12+ years of experience in IT Understand the objective of the project, the schedule/milestones that needs to be met. Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements. Build a high-level flowchart and confirm with customer if their needs are correctly outlined. Expand on the flowchart to identify processes, people and systems involved. Build flowchart using swim lanes which outlines the process for each system/people. Write detailed requirements on each of the processes. Flowcharts might be needed for each process if they are huge.
