If you are interested, then Kindly share your resume at Office :732-452-1006 : ext 574 Email: [email protected] Position: MongoDB DBA Location: Tampa/ Dallas/Remote Job Type: Contract Job Description: Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Administer, Configure, Patch, Upgrade,etc - Relational SQL and NoSQL databases including, but not limited to, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Couchbase, ArangoDB, Cosmos, MySQL etc. Migration of databases from legacy systems to cloud data platforms like Azure, P and AWS. Maintain a platform performing regular tasks such as user management and audit, resource utilization, alerts monitoring. Have a good understanding of data platform best practices to achieve economies of scale, cost reduction and efficiencies. Excellent knowledge to manage Database performance tuning, backup and recovery methods, DB automation using Power and Bash scripting. Maintain data within a warehouse environment supporting delivery of quality data outputs. Experience with monitoring solutions via DataDog Additional skills preferred: Previous experience working in an Operations/SRE team Knowledge or Experience with Azure DevOps Security: Encryption; Network security; Network topology Roles & Responsibilities/Secondary skills: Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas: Python and experience with data extraction, data cleansing and data wrangling; SQL and experience with relational databases; Data modeling, data mapping, data governance and the processes and technologies commonly used in this space; Data integration tools (e.g. Talend, SnapLogic, Informatica) and data warehousing / data lake tools; Cloud technologies such as SaaS, IaaS and PaaS within Azure, AWS or Google and the associated data pipeline tools; Linux and proven comfort level with bash scripting; Presenting technical and non-technical information to various audiences; Transforming and analyzing large data sets and deriving insights from data using various BI and data analytics tools; Thinking differently to solve complex business problems; Securely handling data both in motion and at rest such as communication protocols, encryption, authentication, and authorization; Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, redesigning infrastructure for greater scalability, etc Evaluate data importance and manage production of data pipelines Must have excellent communication (Both verbal/written) Must be proficient to develop technical documentation/playbooks Must be an individual contributor to handle all the project deliverables Independently develop and sustain technical knowledge, certifications and skills.
