| From: Yogesh Sharma, StellentIT [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] PeopleSoft Functional Consultant Sun Prairie, WI Phone + Skype Job description: Must haves: Benefits planning HR administration Benefits administration software Implementing benefit systems Thorough understanding of state and federal regulations relating to benefit plans and all applicable laws relating to benefit administration (including COBRA, HIPAA, and ERISA) Primary Responsibilities Manage consistent application of policies and practices regarding ERISA self and fully funded health, welfare, and retirement benefit plans, also including recognition policies Leads various benefits projects, including new benefit program implementations, plan and payroll file audits, and Request for Proposals Leads compliance-related matters, in partnership with internal and external vendors, including (but not limited to) assisting in completion of annual plan audits, non-discrimination testing, and other similar items Ensure external partners deliver expectations by overseeing vendor activity and participant education initiatives Establish and maintain effective relationships with People team members and other internal partners to ensure accurate and timely information exchange and effective benefits delivery Provide problem-solving support by providing information, guidance and effective solutions to employees concerns and handle escalated or complex concerns to ensure thorough and timely issue resolution Ensure timely recording of employee benefit status by managing and monitoring timely processing of employee benefit changes Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating cultural expectations and influencing others to reward performance and value can do people, accountability, diversity and inclusion, flexibility, continuous improvement, collaboration, creativity and fun Keywords: Wisconsin |
