Working Days of the Week: Monday-Friday (Onsite) If there is an interview, how will it be conducted By video call (Skype, Zoom, Google Hangouts etc.) Competency test required(Or Assessment) Yes Minimum Number of Years Experience: 5 POSITION REQUIREMENTS Background: Contractor needed for staff augmentation for network operations, maintenance, support and project work. Scope of Work: Provides advanced-level systems engineering and administrative support for enterprise network services and systems. Responsible for design, administration, maintenance and diagnostics for enterprise wide systems including local and wide area networking and external partner networks. Establishes and maintains network performance, troubleshoots network problems and outages, and provides a reliable and secure network by establishing and enforcing configuration standards and policies. Required Skills and Abilities: Five years of increasingly responsible experience in wide area network design, management and advanced diagnostics. Prefer Cisco Certified Network Associate/Professional certifications (CCNA/CCNP). Expert technical integration experience in heterogeneous enterprises. Expert and thorough understanding of the principles of IP addressing, communication protocols and domain name services. Advanced ability to install, configure, administer and troubleshoot data, voice, and video network systems. Advanced experience managing diverse networks using a variety of transports. Advanced knowledge and working skill experience with Quality of Service (QoS) concepts and implementation. Advanced ability to use networking tools and diagnostic tools to perform traffic analysis and troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems. Ability to evaluate log files and traces to determine problems and ability to identify and implement recovery operations. Advanced and thorough understanding of network security and at least 5 years wide area network (WAN) experience that includes management of authentication systems, access control software, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and security vulnerability assessment software. Advanced and thorough understanding of the design, configuration and management of devices using Cisco IOS and Cisco NX-OS. Familiarity with OSPF, BGP, MPLS and DMVPN design and configuration is desirable. Advanced knowledge of disaster recovery processes and associated hardware and software knowledge. Advanced ability to create and maintain complex network diagrams and schematics. Working knowledge and skill with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes.
