Senior Oracle Supply Chain Architect Remote Position Must be located in California, USA, and may require 2-4 weeks of travel. Client is seeking a Senior Oracle Supply Chain Architect with extensive experience in Oracle SCM Cloud. This role requires candidates to be based in the US (California) and may involve limited domestic and international travel. Responsibilities: Understand and analyze customer supply chain processes, identifying opportunities for standardization, optimization, and automation. Design comprehensive solutions using Oracle SCM Cloud, considering all relevant aspects. Document existing processes across multiple locations and maintain clear functional and technical specifications for Oracle applications. Engage in client communication, anticipating obstacles, and recommending solution options to ensure client satisfaction. Collaborate with project team members and business users as needed, operating independently to deliver high-quality work. Demonstrate expertise in delivering functional and technical solutions on complex customer engagements. Consult with senior management of customer organizations, ensuring client acceptance of implemented solutions. Comprehend client requirements and translate them into implementable solutions, aligning with Oracle best practices and minimizing customizations. Adhere to solution standards, estimates, processes, and procedures. Preferred: Evaluate ERP products (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Infor) with practical insights into their capabilities. Requirements: 15+ years of Oracle ERP SCM experience, including SCM SaaS Cloud expertise. In-depth functional knowledge of SCM functionality, including INV, PO, OM, and WMS. Experience in Oracle Inventory and Supply Chain Modules (Order Management and Purchasing). Experience in the Manufacturing Industry and related modules is a plus. Profound understanding of Master data setup and processes for SCM implementations. Involvement in a minimum of five full life cycle Oracle SCM implementations. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills for ERP clients. Excellent analytical skills in complex and dynamic environments. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. US Citizen preferred with the ability to travel within the US and internationally (France). Quick learning ability.
