Job Title : Quality Assurance Analyst/Sr. Test Engineer-TN (Hybrid) Employment Type : Contract, C2C Location : Nashville, TN, US Job Description Title: Quality Assurance Analyst/Sr. Test Engineer Location: Hybrid/ 710 James Robertson Parkway, Nashville, Tennessee 37243 Candidates must have department of education experience or should be local to Nashville, TN Description: This position will work with the development teams to test software that is being developed to ensure that the product is of a high quality that our users have come to expect. Specific Job Duties include: Functional testing of software being developed by the agency. Regression testing of software being developed by the agency. Automated unit test creation for software being developed by the agency. Mentoring and guiding junior QA team members in the best practice of QA Activities. Identify exit criteria for each software application being modified. Define applicable test criteria for applications being developed. Postman and JIRA experience also required. Ensure that all applications are thoroughly tested and meet minimum standards in areas such as: number and severity of known issues, code coverage, automated regression testing, and stress testing. Play an active role in determining root cause analysis for any issues that were missed during the QA process, in order to ensure remediation plans are put in place.
