Title: Sr SQL Server Developer/ SQL ETL Developer Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid Role) Locals Only Visa: Any Visa Experience: 10+ Years Exp. Job Requirements: A bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering or Computer Science is required. 10+ years demonstrated experience in database development on any major RDBMS platform (SQL Server/Oracle/Sybase/DB2/Snowflake). 5 years experience with an ETL tool (Ab Initio/Informatica preferred) plus. Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL best practices. Experience writing Windows batch and Unix shell scripts. Strong knowledge of data objects like JSON and XML. Experience in cloud-based platforms like Snowflake, AWS, Azure is plus. Strong knowledge of software development and the system implementation life cycle is a required. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Understanding of the integrity of development models including the enforcement of standards, policies, and system stewardship principles. Ability to develop support materials for applications to expand overall knowledge sharing throughout the group.
