This role requires someone with at least 10 years of project management experience with project budgets of $3-5 million. This role requires someone with EXCELLENT communication skills not just decent communication skills, but excellent. This candidate will be working with various offshore vendors. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the implementation of ServiceNow to manage the inquiries and service requests from Pension Fund clients (participants, retirees/beneficiaries and in future service requests from Member Organization focal points). Required skills: Experience in software application implementation (as opposed to pure development). Experience in CRM implementations (Salesforce, Oracle CRM, Siebel CRM, PeopleSoft CRM) or experience in Service Management implementation projects (Incident Management, Problem Management). Knowledge or certification in ITIL. Prince2 Certification or other PM certification or training. Desired skills: Experience in systems integration projects and technologies especially integration between CRM and ERP or other Product Systems. Experience in Financial Services CRM systems (Pension Fund experience is a plus). Experience in Service Center or Shared Service Center implementation projects or Call Centre/Contact Centre implementation projects. Agile Certification/Knowledge. ITSM experience Thanks & Regards ..
