The Role As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will work cross functionally on business process improvement. In this role, you will partner closely with our internal Business Technology group and global Support teams to maintain and enhance our customer support systems and tools largely powered by Salesforce.com. We need a self-starter who can learn quickly, drive deliverables, and take pride in ensuring that the customer and analyst experience is kept at the forefront at all times. Responsibilities & Goals Write and manage Customer Support requirements and user stories for prioritized roadmap initiatives. Identify opportunities for technological improvements that lead to best-in-class customer service. Document and track dependencies related to assigned projects. Ensure the delivery of business requirements documentation, user story readiness, backlog grooming & refinement, user acceptance testing, and functional documentation for assigned initiatives. Troubleshoot and triage reported system issues and work with business technology to drive viable solutions and facilitate resolution of issues. Train Salesforce Users. Maintain data integrity in Salesforce. Outstanding communications skills including written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal. Background & Qualifications Undergraduate degree or equivalent in business or technology field. Must have business improvement and systems analysis experience in the Life Science industry. 5+ years experience. Basic Salesforce Certifications. SFDC Lead-to-Order experience, process improvement, implementation experience Jira & Confluence experience a plus.
