This Project Coordinator/ PM role includes a lot of administrative responsibility including invoice processing, monitoring payments to vendors, contract review/submission/renewal budgetary assistance, presentation preparation, coordination, tracking and fulfillment of related audit tasks, scheduling and coordination of meetings (on-site / off-site). You will work with internal teams for administrative based tasks (i.e. request for information, data clean-up with platforms such as ServiceNow, Archer, etc.) Excellent MS office suite (especially Excel-advanced formulas), superior communication skills and must be extremely detailed oriented. Experienced tracking tasks and understanding importance of deadlines. Cordial disposition especially as this role requires interfacing with vendors and internal teams. You must work well under pressure. To qualify you must have a minimum of 2 years of similar work within a technology group in the finance industry.
