We are seeking a skilled and experienced client facing Program Manager to lead and oversee a portfolio of projects within our organization. The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of multiple projects, alignment with organizational goals, and effective collaboration across teams. Responsibilities: Program Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan that outlines project objectives, scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables. Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage with key executive business & IT stakeholders, ensure clear communication, alignment of goals, and support for program initiatives. Project Coordination: Coordinate and monitor the activities of individual projects within the program, ensuring that they are executed on time and within budget. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues within the program and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project delivery. Resource Allocation: Allocate and manage resources, including project teams and budgets, to ensure efficient and effective project execution. Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality standards and best practices across projects to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations. Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on program progress, status, and any critical issues or changes. Change Management: Implement change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new processes, technologies, or project outcomes within the organization. Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and identify areas for improvement. Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts and challenges that may arise within project teams or between stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and solution-oriented environment. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance program management effectiveness. Qualifications: Degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Program Manager, managing complex projects and portfolios. Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications are a plus Experience in engaging executive stakeholders from the client IT and business teams. Experience with Insurance and core platform implementations. Guidewire experience will be a strong added advantage Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities. Experience with program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
