| Role : SDWAN Network Engineer Location : Austin, TX (Locals only ) Experience Required : 10+ Years. Job Description: Design, implement, and manage the company's SD-WAN infrastructure to meet business requirements and performance objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand network needs and provide technical expertise for network design and optimization. Configure and maintain SD-WAN devices and related network equipment. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability and reliability. Collaborate with IT security teams to implement and maintain security measures within the SD-WAN infrastructure. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the field of SD-WAN. Provide support for network-related issues and participate in an on-call rotation for network emergencies. Document network configurations, changes, and procedures to ensure clear and concise records. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing SD-WAN solutions. Strong knowledge of SD-WAN technologies and protocols, such as VeloCloud, Cisco Viptela, or other major SD-WAN platforms. Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Familiarity with network security best practices and their implementation in an SD-WAN environment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Relevant industry certifications, such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP or similar, are a plus.
