Please let me know your interest in the below role- Role : Sr. Security Consultant Location: - Mobile, AL onsite- They dont specify Local Only, but Im sure Locals will be given the highest priority Visa : USC only Duration: 12+Months Contract Interview: Onsite Job Description: Security consultant to support OT security at a global transportation producer. The consultant will provide advice and technical support for the customers manufacturing and development platforms. The consultant will work with OT, network, and security engineering to implement changes and tuning in technology that supports OT security operations and manufacturing security. The consultant will provide strategic input to the customers planning for advanced security solutions, SD-WAN, SDN, cloud, OT, and other emerging technologies. The consultant: Conducts log reviews, reporting, and provides updates as needed to customer management Is a point-of-contact for the customer and corresponding customer functions (e.g., the customers security staff) Identifies improvement opportunities for security service management Conducts periodic audits, as directed, to determine security violations and inefficiencies Recommends adjustments to firewalls, vulnerability management, and other tools. Makes technical recommendations for increasing automation, communication, and response capabilities Communicates status among all key stakeholders and parties. Responsibilities Review and convey OT and IT networks settings. Audit security tool configurations Oversee and communicate on incident response Conduct periodic reviews of system audit logs, physical and logical access, and other periodic security controls Review network architecture for security Support responses to customer requests Support major documents such as risk assessments, contingency plans, and system security plans Support external IT and Security audits including penetration tests Research, evaluate, and deploy new security products, including security impact assessments Qualifications At least 5-7 years of experience supporting IT and OT management and operations in a large environment Hands on experience analyzing logs, network data, and other sources in support of incident response, reporting, and other activities Preferred Experience creating System Security Plans for large systems Experience with NIST 800-82 or other operational technology standards Experience with Security Impact Assessments, corrective action plans, and POA&Ms Experience working in or with SOC/NOC services Use of OT monitoring tools e.g., Otorio, Nozomi, Forescout CISSP Notes: US Citizen ONLY Onsite Day 1 Full-time Onsite Monday Friday is the expectation They dont specify Local Only, but Im sure Locals will be given the highest priority Up to 25% Travel (expenses reimbursed for any client requested travel) Must be comfortable w/ up to 25% travel please include in sub Required Contract-to-Hire.
