One of our direct clients is looking for a ServiceNow Tech Lead. Below is the detailed job description. ServiceNow Tech Lead with HRSD exp. Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6-12 months Primary Skills: Employee Center , portals , HRSD , JavaScript , Scoped Apps , Exposure to Angular ( good to have) Job Description: Extensive Transition & Transformation experience with ServiceNow Platform, Employee Center Pro is preferred. Complete understanding of the EC Product from OOB features standpoint. Experience in taking requirements, understanding the gap/problem, and designing/providing optimum solutions. Leading & collaborating with the entire team internal (Internal Connect) as well externally (leading in front of customer). Delivered Initiatives & solution with customer appreciation. Effective collaboration with other ServiceNow consultants to work as a team. Technical expertise setting up ServiceNow integrations/ServiceNow APIs Experience with integrating Microsoft Products, Integrations Hub, and Approval Hub preferred. Hands-on experience in Angular Templates, Angular Directives, JavaScript, Rest, Service Bridge, e-bonding, Flow designer, lifecycle events, custom app (optional). Hands on Experience in Widgets, Portal, UI Page, UI Builder. Experience in Troubleshooting existing (OOB/Custom) deployment of EC and Integrations Well versed with Requirement gathering workshops with customer along with providing direction and solution to the customer wherever applicable. Minimum 3 Mainline Certification Good to have: Understanding of domain separation Fundamentals of Agile methodology Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of ServiceNow.
