Role: Data Analyst IV Job Description : Seeking data analysts. Responsibilities are to collect, clean, and interpret datasets from various sources to support building of the Surface Data Hub, an ecosystem of defined interrelated data products to service the Surface domain. Required skills 1. Basic or awareness of data modeling and approaches 2. Experience with cloud services such as ADLS gen 2, Databricks, Synapse, Azure SQL 3. Basic or awareness of knowledge of the Enterprise Data Model 4. ERP system experience (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, JDE) 5. Azure, Databricks and Data lake 6. Data Architecture 7. Product allocation experience (e.g. Energy Components) 8. Strong knowledge of the Facilities business domain and processes 9. Strong data-level analytical skills 10. Strong interpersonal skills working within a team 11. Proficient interpersonal skills working external to the immediate team (i.e. system of record SMEs or admins, functional SMEs, vendor SMEs) 12. Proficient SQL skills to build queries 13. Years of experience 10 + Key job responsibilities Receive direction from Product owner and Data Architect for data analysis objectives and tasks (story level) Act as a mentor to junior Data Analysts on the team Collaborating with data architects, data analysts and data engineers to develop the desired solutions Collaborate and receive rules and requirements from business, functional, or application SMEs to inform analysis tasks.
