Local would-be ideal) Role and Responsibilities A OTL Lead at Accelalpha/Frontera is expected to engage in activities in support of both successful project delivery and business development. The OTL Lead utilizes consulting experience and skills business/process knowledge and technical expertise to integrate Oracle into clients business environment. These activities include the following: OTL Lead will lead and configure OTL module within Oracle Cloud HCM. Leading workshops and advising the client on the best practices for adoption of the solution. Configuring OTL to match the business requirements and system design. Demonstrating the solution to client. Creating and developing workbooks and documentation to support the system design. Open to some travel to client site in DC. Needs to have the following skills within Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation experience and with OTL (Oracle Time & Labor): Implementation experience with Absence Management Hands on experience with fast formulas 2-3 implementations of OTL and Absence Management Excellent communication skills will be speaking with the client at all levels.
